2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes

  • Maintain the security of your login credentials

  • Not use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform’s functionality

You retain ownership of the content you submit or generate while using MESH. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, improve, and deliver our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

By using MESH, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services—including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, user interface elements, and all related technology and documentation—are and will remain the exclusive property of MESH and its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services unless expressly authorized in writing by MESH.

Any suggestions, feedback, or improvements you provide to us regarding the Services shall be deemed non-confidential and you hereby grant MESH a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such input for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you.

6. Non-Compete / No Derivative Works

You agree not to use the Services or any information, ideas, workflows, system design, technical data, or documentation obtained through your use of MESH to build or support, directly or indirectly, a competing product or service.

You further agree not to replicate, develop, or derive software that competes with MESH’s offerings for the duration of your use of the Services and for a period of two (2) years after termination of your access.

MESH reserves the right to pursue injunctive relief and damages in the event of any such breach.

7. Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or otherwise use any proprietary, confidential, or non-public information obtained through your use of the Services, including but not limited to system architecture, business logic, algorithms, processes, customer interaction methods, or performance data, except as required to use the Services for their intended purpose.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we believe it’s necessary to protect our platform or users.

You may also stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MESH and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including legal fees—arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
